The Comfort Service Plan covers one of each piece of equipment included in the plan. If you only have one Comfort Service Plan for a specific piece of equipment, and there is more than one of the same appliance type in your home, the plan will apply only to the equipment servicing the first floor or main living area
Does my Comfort Service Plan include equipment replacement?No, an NJR Home Services Comfort Service Plan does not cover replacement of the equipment.
How will I be notified that my Comfort Service Plan is up for renewal?Thirty (30) to sixty (60) days prior to the auto-renewal date of your Comfort Service Plan, you will receive a letter to your last known mailing address advising of your upcoming auto-renewal. Your contract for your Comfort Service Plan will automatically renew for an additional one-year period unless you cancel the contract. Also, you were sent a confirmation letter when you signed up for your Comfort Service Plan(s). In this letter, we also included the renewal date of your plan.
